Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which The Beast Comedy Club processes refunds for event tickets.

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are processed through Eventfrog

• Refund requests must be submitted directly through Eventfrog's platform

• The Beast Comedy Club adheres to Eventfrog's refund processing procedures

Refund Conditions

• Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event start time

• No refunds will be issued less than 48 hours before the event

• Full refunds are provided for cancelled events

• Rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds

Special Circumstances

• In case of event cancellation by The Beast Comedy Club, all tickets will be automatically refunded

• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

• Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us directly
